Who do you know that routinely gets up at 2AM, yet refuses to touch coffee?  MIX 106.1 morning personality Tony Mitchell has been in radio since 1986, working at several great stations in Cleveland, Columbus, Elyria, Ashtabula, and Erie, Pa. before finally settling down at MIX 106.1 in 1995, doing the morning show with Chelley Kemper. 

In addition to morning show duties, Tony is the MIX 106.1 program director and music director, so blame him if you don't like what you hear!  (Of course, he'll be sure to forward your complaints to the proper uh, "receptacle".)
 

When he's not working, Tony juggles his time between his family and his DJ sound system.  He spends many enjoyable hours running his mobile DJ business, known as HITMAN ENTERTAINMENT. Tony is also a big fan of almost all kinds of music with one exception…country!  Aside from all that, he loves waking up North Central Ohio every weekday morning, despite the fact that he runs solely on “pure adrenaline”!
