A special concert of "Music for the Mandolin" was held Sunday afternoon at the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library.

An ensemble of local musicians performed original compositions, featuring Greg Bell on banjo and mandolin and Scott Brown on mandolin. Bell said all of the mandolins used during the performance were built from recycled pianos.

The concert was free and open to the public thanks to special funding provided by the Friends of the Library.
