AAA experts are saying 33.2 million Americans will be driving their Thanksgiving holiday destination this year, an increase of 2.1 percent from last year.

And, the commander of the Mansfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol believes the roads will be busier than ever locally. Lt. Michael Vinson encourages all motorists to slow down during this four-day holiday period as the highways fill up with motorists heading to the homes of family and friends.

Lt. Vinson adds, its goes without saying if you've had to much to drink during the holiday, don't get behind a wheel and drive. AAA predicts 38.4 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more for the Thanksgiving holiday, an increase of 1.4 percent over last year.
