Tulips are in full bloom and many spring flowers, trees and shrubs are looking their best ..
Kingwood Center is looking as pretty as ever for its 11th Annual Spring Flower Festival on Saturday.

The tulips are in full bloom and many of the spring flowers, trees and shrubs are looking their best for the anticipated hundreds of visitors for the event that runs from nine a.m. until five p.m. Those attending can purchase plants, take in vegetable lectures, listen to music and children and participate in lawn games and enter in the scarecrow contest.

The Spring Flower Festival is free and open to the public, although Collins asks those planning to attend to sign up by calling the Kingwood Center receptionist.
